The Flagler Greenway

This is one of the most important projects are City should address. We can't wait any longer for something that we should have had years ago. Notice how the greenway connects all the neighborhoods together as one it connects our parts our places of interest our history altogether because it all began with the railroad.

The red line on the map and the park plan spreading east, but not west, are both disturbing reminders of the history of racism and segregation in Fort Lauderdale.

Complete streets provide safe access for all users including pedestrians, bicyclists, transit riders and motorists. These are roadways that make it easy to cross the street, walk to shops, and bicycle to work. They allow buses to run on time and make it safe for people to walk to and from train stations. You can get more information about Complete Streets on the city’s website . Where would you like to see more complete streets?

#AdvanceFortLauderdale is working to provide our community with transportation network. With the help of Vision Zero , our community is dedicated to ensuring a safe transportation network for all user- pedestrians, bicyclist, and car drivers. What are some improvements that you have seen, or would like to see, that achieve a safe transportation network?
